At the AGM, resolutions 1 to 3 (inclusive), 6 to 9 (inclusive), 11 and 12 were duly passed. Resolutions  4, 5 and 10 were not passed. As a result, the Board now comprises Dr. James Barber (Non-Executive Chairman) and John R. Shaw (Chief Executive Officer). John R. Shaw, Chief Executive Officer, commented: *"We are active in the process of recruiting new * *members to our Board and will update the market in due course.
