As previously announced, John Shaw replaces Dr. Kevin Matthews, who has become Executive Chairman, a position he will hold until the end of 2018. Bryan Dobson, who has acted as Non-executive Chairman becomes a Non-executive Director of the Company. Regulatory disclosures In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules, John Roger Shaw (aged 58) holds or has held in the past 5 years the following directorships and partnerships:   Current                                                                                    Past five years   Kensington Research Inc.                                                        Itaconix Corporation   Kensington Research Holdings LLC                                        Proprietors of Portsmouth Atheneaum   John Shaw holds 33,173,097 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 12.3% of the Company’s total issued share capital. Save for the disclosures above, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
