Directions:
- Add propanediol to a clean vessel with mixing
- Add VELAFRESH® ZP20 to the water to further dilute before adding to the vessel while mixing
- Heat the vessel to 194 °F (90°C)
- Add sodium stearate slowly until fully dissolved
- Add polyglycerol ester while mixing
- Add barley starch slowly while mixing
- Add fragrance while mixing
- Pour into desired container before cooling
