Description: Styling hair mousse with strong hold properties using VELASOFT® NE 100. Dispense from a foaming hand pump bottle. Perfect for creating curls without heat. Fixes style for 24 hours with touchable softness.

Ingredients:

| Cocoamidopropyl betaine surfactant | Surfactant | 5.0% |
| Sodium cocoamphoacetate surfactant  | Surfactant | 1.0% |
| Phenoxyethanol and ethylehxylglycerin | Preservative | 1.0% |
| Panthenol | Moisturizer | 0.5% |
| Glycerin | Carrier | 0.5% |

 

Directions:

- Add water to clean vessel with mixing
- Add [VELASOFT® NE 100](https://itaconix.com/products/velasoft-ne-100) slowly while mixing
- Add glycerin while mixing
- Add cocamidopropyl betaine while mixing
- Add sodium cocoamphoacetate while mixing
- Add preservative slowly while mixing
- Add panthenol while mixing

Plant-Based Content: 55-90% based on ingredient selection

Product Properties:

- Appearance: Clear slightly yellow liquid
- pH: 5.5
- Viscosity: Water-like (10 cP)
