Description: 10 gram high performing laundry detergent tablet designed for HE machines with excellent odor neutralization and anti-redeposition using Itaconix® ONZ™ 405 and Itaconix® DSP 2K®.

Itaconix® ONZ™ 405 Odor control 3.0%
Enzyme blend Enzyme blend for multiple stain removal 3.0%
Phosphodiesterase enzyme Boosts removal of body oils and sweat stains 3.0%
Itaconix® DSP 2K® Water conditioner and anti-redeposition agent 2.0%
TAED Boosts tough stain removal 2.0%
Sodium metasilicate Mineral-based cleaning aid 2.0%
Sodium lauryl sulfate surfactant Anionic surfactant for grease and dirt removal 1.0%
Fragrance Adds scent to product q.s.

 

Directions:

  • Add sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate to mixer
  • Add itaconic acid and citric acid while mixing
  • Add Itaconix® DSP 2K®, sodium metasilicate and TAED while mixing
  • Add Itaconix® ONZ™ 405, sodium starch glycolate, and surfactants while mixing
  • Add enzymes while mixing
  • Add fragrance while mixing

    If the powder is below and remains below 95°F (35°C) then add sodium percarbonate and mix until homogenous with no clumps. 
    If the powder exceeds 95°F (35°C) during or after blending in sodium percarbonate, stop blending and undertake standard safety procedures to cool and isolate the powder.

Plant-Based Content: 55-90% based on ingredient selection

Product Properties:

  • pH: 10.5

Usage: 

  • Use one tablet for light load. Two tablets for heavy load.
  • Use warm or hot water.
