Itaconix (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in sustainable plant-based polymers used to decarbonise everyday consumer products, announces a grant of options to certain PDMRs.
On 7 April 2025, a total of 66,500 options over ordinary shares of £0.50 in the Company ("Options") were granted under the Company’s employee share option plan. Of the Options granted, 26,500 Options were granted to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs”). The Options can be exercised on or after the vesting date.
