Jonathan Brooks brings over 35 years of invaluable expertise in corporate finance law to Itaconix as an independent Non-Executive Director. With a career dedicated to advising fast-growing companies on the London Stock Exchange and other international equity capital markets, Jonathan is adept at navigating complex financial transactions.
Prior to joining Itaconix, Jonathan was a Partner in the Equity Capital Markets practice at Fieldfisher LLP. Before that he was Head of the Capital Markets Group at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP, having been a Partner at Boodle Hatfield LLP.
Jonathan's extensive experience spans diverse industries, including technology, healthcare, natural resources, renewable energy, and financial services. He has been instrumental in guiding companies through critical growth activities, including IPOs, fundraisings, and venture capital investments, and has a deep understanding of legal, regulatory, corporate governance, and sustainability matters.
