Directions:
- Add water to a clean vessel with mixing
- Add Itaconix® ONZ™ 400 while mixing
- Add alcohol ethoxylate while mixing
- Add alcohol denatured while mixing
- Add diethethylene glycol while mixing
- Add fragrance while mixing
- Mix until the solution is clear and homogeneous
