Notice of Changes to AGM Arrangements and Investor Presentation
Itaconix plc (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in sustainable plant-based polymers used as essential ingredients in everyday consumer products, announces that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) will be held as a closed meeting on Thursday, 24 June 2021 at 3:00 pm BST and shareholders will not be permitted to attend the meeting. The change in arrangements is made to protect the health and safety of the Company’s shareholders and to comply with the UK Government’s decision to extend the current Covid-19 restrictions until 19 July 2021.
The AGM will be attended by two specified shareholders, one being a Director of the Company and a proxy member, to ensure that the meeting is quorate. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to submit their votes by proxy in advance and to appoint “the Chair of the AGM” as their proxy. If a shareholder appoints someone else as their proxy, that proxy will not be able to attend the meeting to cast the shareholder’s vote.
The AGM is an important part of the Company’s engagement with its shareholders. In place of an open meeting, the Company will make a live presentation following the AGM via the Investor Meet Company platform on Thursday, 24 June 2021 at 4:00 pm BST.
The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00 am BST the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
