Shaw, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 2 October 2026 at a price of $2.5184 per ordinary share.
Following this sale, John R. Shaw holds 1,076,441 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.9% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
