Itaconix plc (“Itaconix”, the “Company” or the “Group”)
Board Changes
Itaconix, a leading designer and manufacturer of specialty polymers, confirms that further to the announcement on 12 July 2018 and following Admission, John Shaw has been appointed to the board of Itaconix as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
As previously announced, John Shaw replaces Dr. Kevin Matthews, who has become Executive Chairman, a position he will hold until the end of 2018. Bryan Dobson, who has acted as Non-executive Chairman becomes a Non-executive Director of the Company.

In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules, John Roger Shaw (aged 58) holds or has held in the past 5 years the following directorships and partnerships:

John Shaw holds 33,173,097 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 12.3% of the Company’s total issued share capital.
