Customer Agreement for Compact Plastic-Free Dish Detergent Tablet
Itaconix plc (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in high-performance plant-based specialty polymers used in everyday consumer products such as homecare detergents, announces its first customer supply agreement for its 8-gram plastic-free dish detergent tablets.
Under its SPARX Formulated Solutions business, Itaconix will supply dish detergent tablets to a North American purpose-driven brand using the pilot-scale tableting capacity at its North American Innovation Center. The tablet was developed around the unique performance advantages of Itaconix® TSI® polymers and the Bonals tablet press. The new tablet was introduced at the American Cleaning Institute’s Innovation Showcase in February 2026 and is available to brand managers and retail customers on the Company’s deeperclean.com ecommerce site.
This supply agreement is an important milestone in the commercial introduction of the Company’s patented plastic-free detergent tablets in North America. The new tablets are expected to be available on retail shelves by the end of 2026.
